Существует распространённое мнение, что жим на наклонной скамье в первую очередь направлен на активную работу верхних отделов грудных мышц, а жим на наклонной скамье, опущенной вниз, на нижний отдел, а обычный жим на горизонтальной скамье тренирует эти два отдела одновременно, конечно же не так хорошо как по отдельности. Но, как оказалось — это не совсем правда.

15 лет назад, исследования с использованием электромиографа (ГРП) с целью выяснить какие именно мышцы больше всего работают в том или ином жиме, выяснили очень интересную вещь.

Интересные данные были получены по работе верхнего отдела грудных мыщц: исследование показало, что жим на наклонной скамье всего лишь на самую малость эффективнее, чем обычный жим и жим на наклонной скамье, опущенной вниз. Исследование также показало, что при узком хвате при выполнении жима на наклонной скамье упражнение лучше воздействует на верхние отделы груди.

Как я уже упоминал выше — при выполнении жима лежа работает целый спектр мышц, в который входят грудные, мышцы трицепса, дельтовидные мышцы и многие другие. Самая лучшая комбинация для тренировки трицепса — это обычный горизонтальный жим и узкий хват. Лучшая комбинация для дельтовидных мышц — это жим на наклонной скамье широким хватом. Для мышц спины наилучший вариант — это жим на скамье с наклоном вниз широким хватом, хотя и градус наклона должен быть не очень большим.

Вывод: как оказалось самый мощная вариация жима лёжа — это обычный горизонтальный, по крайней мере это отличный способ накачать мышцы груди.
